The bonus balance lets you evaluate our services and integration without any obligations. You will have access to almost the full range of features and support to ensure that our services meet your needs.

When is the next bonus credited?

During the period 00:00-02:00 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Why can't the daily bonus be increased?

Increasing the daily bonus even by 10% requires huge GPU resources from us, which jeopardizes self-sustainability.

If I add funds to the paid balance, will the bonus balance become unavailable?

No. The bonus balance remains available and is used first; then funds from your paid balance are spent. The exception is services with a '$' symbol next to their price.

Do you offer any discounts or volume pricing?

Yes, we offer discounts for customers with high service usage levels. The more you use our services, the lower the unit price will be. Contact our sales department to discuss pricing options.
