Who is behind Problembo
Problembo started in 2022 with image generation: one button instead of a complicated setup. Video, music, voice-over, chats with language models and file processing followed — the tools our users kept asking for.
The service is built by a development team in Batumi, Georgia. New models arrive when they are genuinely useful, and the ones that don't earn their place are retired.

Data and privacy
What happens to your prompts and files, in short. The full terms are in the documents below.
Uploaded files and results are kept for 3 days, or 30 days if your paid balance is at least $1 when the file is saved. After that they are deleted automatically and permanently.
Task records, including prompts and parameters, are kept for up to 180 days.
Your prompt, parameters and file links reach an AI model provider only to run the task when the chosen model runs on their side.
Card details are entered on the payment provider's side — we never receive them.
You can delete your account in your profile; related data is removed within the periods set out in the privacy policy.
